Originally from Essex County, Dr. Monica Bulay earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Loyola University Maryland before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She furthered her training with a General Practice Residency at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Monica spent seven years in private practice in Baltimore, Maryland, where she developed a strong reputation for compassionate, conservative, patient-centered care. After moving back to New Jersey with her family, she was thrilled to find a home at Smile Today—a practice that shares her commitment to building lasting relationships and providing exceptional dental care.

Outside the office, Dr. Monica enjoys running with her husband, crafting, and staying on her toes with her two energetic kids and crazy dog.
